This conference booklet was commissioned by the 17th International Symposium on Electronic Art to compile the entire program content as well as display the city of Istanbul where the event had taken place in September 2011. I have collaborated with Deniz Cem Önduygu in the production of this piece. A die-cut of the logo was applied both on the cover and other designed items in the event. We have used my recent typeface Duru Sans in the entire book and the photographs of the city were taken and processed by Stephanie Paine. Aside from the production design, Cem and I have also created a font that generated random geometric silhouettes of the event logo which was applied as a design element throughout the whole booklet and the conference visuals.
